REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum age of 8 years and a group size of at least 6 guests are required for the Triglav National Park Tour. Please note that the tour may be canceled after confirmation if the minimum group size is not met or natural disster. In the event of cancellation, you will be provided with the option to reschedule to an alternate date or receive a full refund.

- The tour operates in all weather conditions; please dress appropriately. Refunds are not provided due to weather or personal reasons.
- If you experience motion sickness, please take the necessary precautions before the tour.
- Participants arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be accommodated, refunded, or allowed to reschedule.
- As the entry time for Vintgar is fixed, please ensure you arrive on time. If you are late, you will not be permitted to enter, and the responsibility will be yours.
- Guests are sent a short briefing about the tour (with the exact time and place of departure) to the email provided on the day before the tour at around 7:00 pm central European time.
- Parking is not available at our office, so please plan accordingly.
- Pets are not allowed on the tour.
