We are here for you! pr1motours.com is located on Ljubljanska 20, Bled, Slovenia (town center, at Union bus station).
We are open daily from April until October from 9 am - 12 pm and from 2 pm - 7 pm. We reserve the right to enjoy a day off, so our office might be closed on some rainy and even quiet sunny days. :) We sincerely apologize for your inconvenience.
Certain activities and tours are available throughout the whole year (if weather permits), so feel free to send us an inquiry and we will try to suit your wishes.

OUR STORY
pr1motours.com is a small local collective, all from Bled area and passionate travelers, who would like to share our piece of world with you. We want to be unique and so are our trips, tours and activities around Bled area and rest of Slovenia. In 2013 everything came together, with nowadays popular Clear Kayak Bled™, Crystal River Hike,™ Black Hole Kayaking™, Triglav National Park Tour, Vintgar Gorge eBike Trip™, Discovery Trail™ & Bled eBike Tour™.
We are also the specialists in e-Bike rental in Bled, but naturally you can also rent mountain bikes from us. We are adding other unique tours and trips you won't find anywhere else every year! We are also proud to say that so far all the feedback we get from our guests are right next to excellent. Probably one of the reasons to choose us for you travel is also that pr1motours.com treats everybody like our friends! We tend to work with smaller groups and not masses, so we are in the position to keep our quality high and with it, your maximum satisfaction. We wish that everybody is left with superb memories, than our work is considered to be done!

CANCELLATION POLICY
​
All cancellations have to be written by the person who originally did the booking and sent via e-mail to info@pr1motours.com. The cancellation is valid after it has been re-confirmed by pr1motours.com.
100% refund if cancellation is received more than 24 hours and no refund if cancellation is received less than 24 hours before the start of your tour/rentals.

We are not obligated to wait for guests more than 15 min after the tour has already started. We have tight schedules to follow in order to deliver the tours appropriately. pr1motours.com holds the right to cancel your booking even after the confirmation in case the situations at the time of the booking are considered not being safe, or because of other unpredictable occurrences. In this case pr1motours.com will offer you an alternative date or a full refund.

MINIMUM NUMBERS

Some of our tours require a minimum number of people for a go. In case the required numbers are not met even after your booking has already been confirmed, we will offer you an alternative date or full refund.

EXTRA DETAILS
​
Keep in mind that especially in the Alpine regions where also Bled lays and some other areas in Slovenia, weather can be very unpredictable and can change fast. Therefore do not rely on the weather forecasts completely, as they often prove to be wrong and come extra prepared for just in case.
